Abstract

The article is dedicated to theoretical comprehension of scientific approaches to the concept "professional mobility". Professional mobility of a leader of educationalinstitution is a difficult integrative quality what afford in dynamic conditions to be community-minded, competitive, professionally competent, capable of self-realization,self-development and modernization of own activity; to generate unusual ideas, to solve professional problems quickly by choosing the best solutions in specific and extreme situations. Singled out pedagogical conditions that determine the effectiveness of the formation of professional mobility of the heads of educational institutions in the process of their professional training: integration of psycho-pedagogical and managerial knowledge; psychological and pedagogical readiness of the teacher to form the professional mobility of future leader of GEI; creation of the educational space of thehigher educational establishment as a medium for the formation of the professional mobility of the future manager.

Широкими потенційними можливостями освітнього простору вишу щодо формування професійної мобільності майбутнього керівника та невизначеністю педагогічних умов, які забезпечують ефективність цього процесу. Виникає необхідність визначення педагогічних умов формування конкурентоспроможних фахівців, які мають професійну мобільність, що забезпечує здатність до швидкої адаптації в умовах постійного поновлення техніки, технології, удосконалення організації праці, розвитку соціально-культурної сфери.
