Abstract
In the article genesis of presentations of different authors is examined about the probabilistic form of conclusions of expert conclusion. It becomes firmly established that the use of probabilistic form of conclusion of judicial expert in criminal procedure requires a strict ground. As well as any proof, a probabilistic conclusion must be estimated only in the system of other proofs.
