Abstract

The article deals with the problems of future teacher training. It is emphasized that the level of staffing development at secondary school is critically low. The attention is focused on the results of sociological research among professionals about motivation and stimulation in the educational process, which allowed to reveal the role to recruitment of personnel in the process of improving staff’s motivation and stimulation at the secondary school. The focus is on the models of motivation and staff stimulation. It is noticed that the «European» model of motivation and staff incentives is the most justified today. The appropriateness of the «European» model of staff’s motivation and incentives confirms the assumption of the leading blighty scientists that the educational management in the country has its own specific features, and direct borrowing the experience of foreign countries does not bring desired results.
