Abstract
The relevance of the study of the resource availability of physical culture and sports is due to the search for effective tools to justify infrastructure exchange within the university complex of a specific territory. Uneven availability of sports facilities, sports equipment, etc. leads to a deterioration of the conditions of the educational process. The search for methods of managing the sports infrastructure of universities that allow adaptive use of the resources of physical culture and sports activities allows us to solve this problem. The results of the study showed that the resource provision of physical culture and sports activities is characterized by an uneven distribution of facilities in the universities of the Sverdlovsk region.
