Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the correlation between University Education, positiveemotions, and negative emotions recognized by young workers in the service industry, and tofind the direction of university education, enhance positive emotions, and ease negativeemotions. For the study, 225 copies of the 2021 Youth Social and Economic Status Surveysurveyed by the Korea Youth Policy Institute were analyzed. As a result of the study, there wasa correlation between perception of university education, positive emotions, and negativeemotions. In addition, it was confirmed that the higher the perception of college education byyoung service workers, the higher the positive emotion and the lower the negative emotion. Accordingly, it was proposed that an approach is needed at the social level to the problemsexperienced by young workers.
