Abstract
Nowadays, the problem of personal potential is undoubtedly relevant, since its presence provides competitive advantages in the process of life. The development of this problem in relation to future psychologists is especially important, for the fact that their personal potential helps not only to solve their own problems successfully, but also acts as a “tool” in solving professional problems while helping people. The issue of personal potential is still ambiguous. There are many opinions and approaches, but a general idea is that this is an opportunity which appears only with the activity of the person himself. The paper presents the empirical results of a study of the personal potential of future psychologists in the process of training. The personal qualities that have the greatest impact on the development of personal potential are analyzed.
