Abstract

The property of systematicity extends to the structural elements that make up the law, one of which is the mechanism of action of the law. The latter, as a systemic formation, is characterized by such characteristics as integrity, dynamism, emergence, self-preservation, hierarchy, the presence of direct and reverse connections with the external environment and intra-system connections, which are not sufficiently studied in the theory of law and branch legal sciences.
The purpose of the study is to study functional, structural, genetic, genealogical and other intra-system connections and their influence on the systemic properties of the mechanism of law.
The functional and structural certainty of the mechanism of action of law as a system indicates its integrity and isolation from the external environment.
When writing the article, general scientific (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction) and specific scientific research methods were used. The article focuses on the lack of knowledge of intra-system connections in the mechanism of action of law, which determine the functional and structural integrity of the mechanism under consideration and determine the systematic nature of law.
The author used the provisions of the general theory of systems that define the relationship between the whole (the mechanism of action of law) and the part (its subsystems)
