Abstract

The article deals with the issues of spatial development and territorial location of organic producers. A picture of the distribution of organic production by districts and regions of Russia is presented, with the determination of the share of the total number throughout the country. The distribution of organic farms in the context of regions, taking into account specialization, is shown. The main problems hindering the formation of organic product distribution chains are identified, including issues of interaction between organic producers and large retail chains.
