Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the emotional leadership of the elderly sports leader, the orientation of well-being, and the sense of physical self-efficacy. <BR> Method: The subject of this study was to set up a population of 400 people, centering on the elderly who participated in life sports. Then, a survey was conducted through a questionnaire, and the data of 319 people were used. SPSS version 26.0 for Windows, which is a statistical program, was employed to analyze the data.<BR> Results: The results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the influence of the emotional leadership of the elderly sports leaders on the orientation of well-being, it was found that the social cognitive ability had a significant effect on the physical and environmental pursuit, mental & psychological pursuit. Also, the self-management ability had an effect on the physical and environmental pursuit. It was found that self-awareness ability and relationship management ability had a significant effect on physical pursuit tendency, respectively. Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of emotional leadership of the elderly sports leader on physical self-efficacy, it was found that social cognitive ability had a significant effect on the perceived physical ability and physical self-expression. Third, it was found that there was a causal relationship among the emotional leadership of the elderly sports leader, the tendency to promote well-being, and the sense of physical self-efficacy.<BR> Conclusion: Summarizing the above results, it can be seen that the emotional leadership of the elderly sports leader has a positive effect on the elderly’s well-being orientation and physical self-efficacy.
