Abstract

Currently, digital ecosystems are being introduced into various spheres of human activity. One of the key tasks of companies is to find ways to develop their own digital service systems. Based on the theoretical analysis carried out using reputable research methods, a possible path of development was formulated. Using the example of aviation passenger transportation, an economic assessment of the feasibility of implementing a digital ecosystem is presented. Based on the analysis of the conducted representative survey, it was shown that passengers have a need to use the services of the digital ecosystem during the flight directly on board the aircraft.
