Abstract

With population aging and advances in automation, devices to search for employment information via e-government services have diversified with the resultant increases and interest in employment information searches. With the introduction of such automated devices, e-government service devices have expanded to include kiosks and AI speakers/guide robots. Accordingly, a Probit regression model was applied to 2021 survey data to analyze the use of automated devices for e-government services and the effects of aging on the use of employment information by e-government service users. Government policies are needed to improve the Worknet use of e-government services with the expanded use of automated devices and the increasing elderly population.
