Abstract
블록체인에 근거한 스마트 계약은 2010년대 이후 폭발적으로 증가추세에 놓여 있다. 세계적인 다국적기업의 상위 순서도 이에 근거한 국경간의 이동(cross board) 체계이고, 전자상거래(e-commerce) 시장이 무한이 확대되고 있다. 분산원장에 의한 즉 블록체인에 근거한 기술은 무역거래에 있어서 스마트계약으로 불리는 신속 및 정확성으로 이어지고 있다. 이는 블록체인 기술을 통한 장점으로 인식되고 있으며, 이것이 연구배경이다. 접근방법으로는 블록체인 근거 기술에 의한 무역활성화와 촉진 가능성에 대하여 알아보는 데에 있어서 이러한 분석에 유용한 2변수 VAR 모형을 사용하였다. 이 글의 결론과 시사점으로는 무역거래업자들이 블록체인과 관련된 법규상의 미비점 등이 보완되어 나가면서 세계적인 무역 분야에 있어서 스마트계약에 의한 세계무역이 더욱 활성화될 것으로 판단된다.
