Abstract

In the early twentieth century in the picturesque suburb of Sevastopol by the architect V. A. Feldman was built country manor of A. A. Maksimov. High artistic qualities, richness of fl ora and fauna, interesting engineering solutions in this manor complex was diff erent from many private estates. Time has not spared the buildings and the vegetation of the estate. Life of its owners happened tragic, too. The article is devoted to the history of the construction of the estate, questions of its existence and challenges facing the restoration of the complex.
