Abstract

Conducted morphometric studies of the liver, under the influence of vibration in the experiment. Vibration was carried out for 10 days, slaughter time: after 7 days. (I group) and after 14 days. (Group II) Control – a group of intact rats. The morphometric study determined: the area of normal hepatocytes, the area of the nucleus of normal hepatocytes, the area of the cytoplasm of normal hepatocytes, the nuclear-cytoplasmic ratio (NCR) of normal hepatocytes. As a result of the research, we obtained the results of a significant increase in all the studied parameters after 7 days. After exposure to vibration indicates the pathological effect of vibration on the animal organism and requires the inclusion of compensatory adaptive reactions, as evidenced, in particular, by an increase in NCR, at the same time, the unreliability of differences in such indicators as the area of hepatocytes and, accordingly, the cytoplasm after 14 days. , indicates a clear trend towards normalization of the parenchyma of the organ.
