Abstract
The study aims to apprehend the influence of college students exercise regularity to health improvement behavior and connected recognition for life-time education and suggest basic material for developing program to improve health improvement behavior of college students. This study has confirmed that all times did not show significant difference as the result of describe statistical analysis of health improvement behavior, but 6 from health responsibility, 3 from exercise, 1 from stress management had significant difference between two groups. As the result of cross analysis, health responsibility, exercise and interpersonal relationship among health improvement behavior had connection with life-time sports. Especially, health responsibility, exercise and interpersonal relationship among health improvement behavior had significant difference in connection with life-time sports, and according to mltipple regression analysis result, exercise group was confirmed that I do regular blood test and I personally participate in health education program often questions influence life-long sports, which indicate the significance of regular check-up and health education program. Thus, to maintain and improve health of college students, there is a need for behavioral changes such as building favorable living habits and conducting health improvement behavior to connect to life-time sports.
