Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effects of housing supply and price changes by regions for the increase and decrease in newlyweds and spatial causation with demographic-sociological factors for the quality of life and to present implications. To do so, this study used the ordinary least squares regression (OLS) and geographic weighted regression (GWR) models. The main results are as follows.
