Abstract
This article highlights the features and role of pedagogical internship and student practice in the modern educational environment. The author emphasizes that the management of student practice and the mentoring process in an educational institution is a manifestation of the acmeological development of a teacher. But this is possible only when the educational community takes care of the interests of all participants in the educational process and performs its functions not formally, but conscientiously, in order to achieve a common goal — to educate a worthy citizen of its state
