Abstract

The Internet seems to have become an indispensable means of life today. Someone commented: “The Internet has become the fifth strategic space after four natural geographical spaces: sea, land, air and space”. It can be seen that the Internet has a huge impact on the development of an individual, country and society. However, since the development of all things should be a symbiosis of light and darkness, various contradictions and conflicts in the online world are becoming more and more noticeable, and various new crimes are also emerging at a rate exceeding the norm. This article mainly examines some issues affecting the application of criminal law in cybercrime, from the point of view of judicial practice.
