Abstract

The purpose of this study is to verify how informal learning and career adaptability mediate the relationship between subjective career success and networking behavior of organizational members. In order to achieve the research purpose, valid questionnaire data were collected from 305 people who worked in private companies with more than 1 year of experience among domestic corporate employees. Based on the collected data, mediation effect analysis was conducted using the Spss Process Macro 4.1 program. Based on this, the following research results were derived. First, the mediating effect of informal learning in the relationship between networking behavior and subjective career success was found to be statistically insignificant. Second, the mediating effect of career adaptability in the relationship between networking behavior and subjective career success was found to be statistically insignificant. Third, in the relationship between networking behavior and subjective career success, informal learning and career adaptability showed a statically significant double mediating effect. Based on these research results, the following academic and practical implications were derived.
