Abstract
In recent years, the number of universities has gradually increased, and competition has become increasingly fierce. In the past, universities focused only on quality education and research, but now the quality of education is closely linked to student satisfaction. Higher education services should be based on an understanding of the needs of students, research on the quality of higher education services and student satisfaction not only contribute to the development of higher education institutions, but also have broad significance for society. Based on the research of scientists at home and abroad, the current problems of the quality of higher education services and student satisfaction are analyzed, as well as proposals for improving the quality of higher education services for students are put forward.
