Abstract
In the article, from the standpoint of the system analysis of the issue, the characteristics of the main modern pedagogical technologies used in higher educational institutions of Russia are given, the features, principles, forms, methods and means of educational activity are derived. Ideally, new developments should take place gradually and naturally, excluding the crisis breaking of existing educational theories.
