Abstract
In carrying out this study, the aim was to structure the methodology for assessing the integrity of the regulatory mechanism for the development of socio-economic mesosystems based on the presented scientific and practical regional aspects. The author presents the evaluation elements of the integrity of the regulatory mechanism based on the indicator of the interdependence of resources, regulations of the mesosystem and the development environment of socio-economic mesosystems. A matrix approach has been used to assess the regulatory mechanism of mesosystem development, which will make it possible to implement the principle of integrity, taking into account the institutional features of mesosystems.
