Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the theoretical views of the problems of rural areas and develop an author's approach aimed at fundamentally changing the existing situation in the conditions of modern macroeconomic instability. The authors focused on the importance of applying, first of all, measures of a financial and economic nature. At the same time, the necessity of using an integrated approach in solving updated problems was noted. The analysis of the theoretical elaboration of the stated issues indicates the fragmentation of views and a one-sided approach to their solution. The scientific novelty of the presented material is the author's position on the problem of attracting young professionals to the countryside, by providing target places in agricultural educational organizations, which implies obtaining the profession most in demand in rural areas with their further employment.
