Abstract

The main purpose of the article is to substantiate the need to change the concept of training managers. On the basis of practical experience, the difficulties that arise when mastering the skills necessary for future professional activity are formulated. The limitations of the applied teaching methods are revealed: cases, business games, discussions and internships. The essence of the new teaching methodology "interactive case" is determined, its technology is described. A demonstration of an example of using an interactive case in the practical work of a teacher is given. The project is implemented by the winner of Master's Program Faculty Grant Competition of the Vladimir Potanin Fellowship Program.
