Abstract

The objective: to study features of restration of reproductive function of women after organ-preserving operations on ovaries. Materials and methods. Investigated morfofunctionale condition of ovaries at 100 patients with a simple serous cystadenoma (n=50) and a mature teratoma (n=50) – before organ-preserving operations (cystectomia, resection). Taking into account the volume of the executed operative measure, surveyed were distributed on groups. The complex of the conducted researches included clinical, endocrinologic, biochemical, morphological and staticsti methods. Results. The women who have undergone organ-preserving operations concerning benign tumors of ovaries, to the most vulnerable still have reproductive health. Results of the conducted research showed that patients with normal ovariale reserve in the majority of observations have not changed indicators of fecundity. Complications of pregnancy were more often taped at patients with moderate depression and low ovariale reserve that it is necessary to consider when conducting pregnancy at these patients. The data obtained by us confirm opinion that in connection with the high frequency of sterility at patients with the lowered ovariale reserve after an operative measure in the late reproductive period use of auxiliary genesial technologies for realization of reproductive function is shown. Conclusion. The obtained data need to be considered when developing algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitational actions.
