Abstract

The article identifies the features of the market of services in the digital transformation of the economy. Digitalization has a comprehensive impact on trade and market openness. Rapid technological developments facilitate the trade of services through digital networks, open up new opportunities through the expansion of borders, which leads to the appearance of more transactions. Information and communication technology services form the basis of the digital economy, providing the necessary network infrastructure and supporting the digitization of other types of services. Once service activities can be digitized, they can be transmitted across electronic networks internationally. The rapid increase in data volumes and the number of connected devices increase consumer demand for fast and reliable communication networks. Preconditions, factors and tendencies of development of the market of services in the conditions of digital transformation of economy are defined. Effective management of the development of the service market in the national economy is based on a theoretical study of scientific approaches to its sectoral division and the essence of service as an economic category and economic activity that creates added value and, accordingly, participates in the formation of the country's GDP. The environment of the services market in the conditions of digital transformation of economy is analyzed. Digitization of business processes of domestic companies providing services in modern conditions of digital transformation of the economy is a strategic direction of their development and involves recognition of the need for digitization; drawing up a digital business model and forming consumer value in new forms, as a result of which the business model should change and complex digitalization of business will take place.
