Abstract

In terms of the need to increase the sustainability of growth in production, the level of food consumption in the region does not yet significantly reach the rational stand-ards of healthy nutrition, the sectoral features of the work of agricultural organizations producing fruit and vegetable products are highlighted and the need to take them into account in the system of state regulation of the development of the fruit and vegetable canning subcomplex of the region is shown. the basis of increasing the coherence of the socio-economic interests of producers and the state.
