Abstract

The article discusses some aspects of the regulation of the activities of the civil service on the example of the legislative practice of implementation in the Kyrgyz Republic. Attention is also drawn to the processes taking place in the Kyrgyz society, which will influence the formation of the civil service system. In the process of analysis, it is recognized that the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic regulates the spheres of application of the civil service to various branches of government, LSG bodies in separate provisions. It also establishes the procedure for filling individual positions, certain duties and rights, their legal status. It is noted that in the process of reforming the civil service, it is necessary to take into account and use the positive experience of the Soviet civil service, as well as the experience of reforms in the CIS countries, as well as taking into account the ongoing trends in international practice.
