Abstract

In tegrated territory development is a legal instrument of public-private partnership that enables attraction of private investments in the development of a comfortable urban environment. The author justifies the opinion that this legal instrument is a consequence of a long-term search for an efficient model of cooperation between state and business in the urban development sphere; shortcomings of such instruments as development of a built-up area, integrated territory development, territory development for construction of low-income housing, investment agreements/contracts have been taken into account in the establishment of this instrument.
