Abstract
The article presents information about the role of architecture of high-rise buildings in the formation of a new human habitat. High-rise buildings actively began to enter our lives due to rapid urbanization, which affected many cities at the beginning of the XX century. The main errors affecting the architecture of high-rise buildings and leading to a decrease in its artistic expressiveness are listed. Optimal solutions have been proposed, thanks to which high-rise build-ings with their architecture will actively merge into a new habitat, including harmoniously reuniting with the natural environment.
