Abstract

The article analyses the features of the implementation of the linguoculturological approach to teaching Russian as a foreign language by using the works of the Russian classical literature. It emphasizes the topicality of the problem of addressing a fiction text as material for study in classes of linguoculturology, which are becoming more and more common in the practice of Russian as a foreign language. The author focuses mainly on such issues as the selection of fiction and literary pieces, the compilation of linguistic and country-specific commentaries, working out a system of exercises aimed at the development of monological and dialogical speech, as well as translation skills.
