Managing urban networks during traffic congestion requires the use of a dynamic model that allows you to simulate real situations with traffic flows with long queues and responses. To conduct experimental research in this area, it is possible to use a mesoscopic system for simulating traffic with calibration and taking into account the characteristics of the road.
