Цифровые технологии в деятельности российских банков: проблемы и перспективы

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема развития цифровых технологий в деятельности российских банков. Ее актуальность обусловлена тем, что в условиях глобальной цифровой трансформации, происходящей в мире, применение различных технологий дистанционного банковского обслуживания отвечает потребностям и клиентов, и банков. Цель настоящей статьи заключается в исследовании проблем и перспектив развития цифровых технологий в банковской сфере России. В результате проведенного исследования было выявлено, что объемы операций российских банков с использованием цифровых технологий стабильно увеличиваются с каждым годом. Однако существуют определенные проблемы в сфере дистанционного банковского обслуживания, в числе которых недоверие населения к цифровым технологиям, развитие мошенничества, неполное покрытие территории РФ сетью Интернет и проч. Тем не менее, за цифровыми технологиями стоит будущее современной банковской системы. The article deals with the problem of the development of digital technologies in the activities of Russian banks. Its relevance is due to the fact that in the context of the global digital transformation taking place in the world, the use of various technologies for remote banking services meets the needs of both customers and banks. The purpose of this article is to study the problems and prospects for the development of digital technologies in the Russian banking sector. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the volume of operations of Russian banks using digital technologies is steadily increasing every year. However, there are certain problems in the field of remote banking services, including the distrust of the population in digital technologies, the development of fraud, incomplete coverage of the territory of the Russian Federation by the Internet, and so on. Nevertheless, digital technologies are the future of the modern banking system.
