Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the experience factors of Marine Tourism experience participants influence to the experience satisfaction and behavioral intention. Data collection was conducted in Pusan metropolitan city as for five hundred fifteen marine tourism participants who had experienced marine tourism which had held around a beach. Entertainment, educational, and aesthetic factors among the experience factors of marine tourism participants were found to affect a satisfaction, but escape factors did not affect to a experience satisfaction. Aesthetic, educational and entertainment factors, among the experiential factors influenced behavioral intention but escape factor did not affect it. Third, the relationship between the experience satisfaction and behavioral intention was also found to have a positive effect. Through this study, various and differentiated experience factors should be provided in order to increase the satisfaction of marine tourism experience participants. In particular, realistic events which meet local characteristics should be developed to promote the local as marine tourism destination.
