Abstract
During the period of universal globalization, issues of state sovereignty, the ratio of state sovereignty and the unified policy of associations of states are increasingly raised. The legal field governing relations in the field of organic agricultural production, acting as a guarantor of national security and aimed at preserving state sovereignty, is currently in conflict with the norms of international and national law of states. The author in this article provides an analysis of the contradictions between the norms of international and national law in relation to tasks aimed at preserving state sovereignty on the example of the Russian Federation and the countries of the European Union.
