신생아 돌봄 교육 프로그램의 효과 -체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석-

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석을 이용하여 신생아 돌봄 교육 프로그램이 부모의 양육 자신감과 지식, 자기 효능감에 미치는 효과를 산출하는 것이다. 문헌검색과정에서 국내 데이터베이스인 국회도서관, KERIS, KISS, 국내 간호 의료 학회지가 사용되었고 그 중 2016년까지의 11개의 연구로 메타분석을 실시하여 융복합적인 결론을 제시하였다. 신생아 돌봄 교육 프로그램에 대한 양육 자신감의 전체 효과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었지만 하위그룹 분석에서 1회 이상의 중재 시 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 지식과 자기 효능감에 대한 전체 효과는 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 신생아 돌봄 교육 프로그램의 이해에 대한 도움을 주고 교육 수행 시 효과에 대한 근거자료가 될 수 있을 것이며 관련 변수를 측정한 연구를 반복 시도하여 추후 연구에서 일반화를 도모해야 할 것이다. This study aimed to validate the effect of newborn care education program to parenting confidence, knowledge and self-efficacy using systematic review and meta-analysis. Literature search was used, Library of Congress, KERIS, KISS, domestic Journal, and until 2016, a total of 11 articles were used for meta-analysis to convergence this kind of results. As the result of the meta-analysis, there was no statistically significant difference in the overall effect of parenting confidence on the neonatal care education program, but there was a statistically significant difference in the sub-group analysis. The overall effect of knowledge and self-efficacy was statistically significant. Based on the results of this study, it will be helpful to understand the newborn care education program and the basis for the effect of education. The research that measures the related variables should be repeated and generalization should be planned in the future research.
