Abstract

This study sought to study the effects of career adaptability of cosmetology college students on life satisfaction and employment anxiety. In this questionnaire, 220 people were surveyed for cosmetology college students, and 214 copies were used as the final sample for empirical analysis. The collected materials and statistical processing are SPSS ver. Analysis was performed using the 21.0 program. The conclusions from the research results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the influence of career aptitude on life satisfaction, it was shown that a sense of responsibility (β=.745, p<.001) and a sense of goal (β=.199, p<.001). Second, as a result of analyzing the effect of career adaptability on the situation of employment anxiety, the initiative of career adaptability (β=-.240, p<.01) was statistically significantly negative. Was shown to have an effect. We hope that this research will lead to active discussions on career adaptability, life satisfaction, and employment anxiety among cosmetology university students.
