Abstract

The paper discusses the necessity of adapting departmental university students to modern information environment through their informational and analytical culture development. The assessment of students’ training for future professional activity and the process of getting a higher education should be implemented in line with competences. The analysis of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education concerning the major in Legal Support for National security as well as the qualification requirements for professional knowledge and skills shows that military education standards focus on developing such abilities that refer to the informational and analytical culture of military students. The author presents the original definition of the educational meaning. The research reviews the educational meaning of developing the informational and analytical culture of military students through the competences of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education.

Аннотация: В статье рассматривается необходимость адаптации курсантов ведомственных образовательных организаций к современным информационным условиям через формирование у них информационно-аналитической культуры. Отмечается, что оценка уровня подготовки специалистов к будущей профессиональной деятельности и сам процесс получения высшего образования должны осуществляться в компетентностных категориях.
