Abstract

Based on historical, philosophical and cultural analysis, the study considers individual elements of economic management formation in Transdniestria. The role and place of historically established multicultural influence within the region is considered. The author analyzes foreign ethnic influence and mutual borrowing of cultures in the zone of close contacts, the influence of natural and geographical factors on the formation of economic management. The balance of nature and man in the system of economic activity and the role of religion in the formation of the economic worldview of the population of Transdniestria are viewed. The value of Orthodox Christianity in the formation of traditions of economic ethics, work ethics, Christian traditions as a guideline of moral values in Orthodox Christianity are described. Also such concepts as local, distinctive features of managing, the concept of “wine” in culture and management, “basement” as a manifestation of archetype are shown.
