Abstract
The interaction of lint with grates in the cleaning module, as well as the impact interaction of the pulp with the grate, was studied with the effective extraction of impurities in time, taking into account changes in the density of the material. The dependences determining the release of weed impurities from the fiber during passage through each grate are given. The influence of the installation angle of the grates relative to the saw cylinder on the cleaning effect of the machine is determined. The influence of the number of grid-irons on the lint cleaning efficiency at various values of λ0 and λ1 has been analytically determined.
