Abstract

A clinical case of multiple binocular surgery of various anatomical zones of the eyeball and adnexa in a patient for 6 years is presented. An example of interaction between doctor and patient based on mutual trust and respect is shown, which largely determined positive outcome of the treatment of ophthalmopathology and achievement of satisfactory visual functions, even taking into account multiple surgery over a long period of time.
