Abstract

The article reveals the problem of the development of competencies among students in the organization of extracurricular employment programs. The content of extracurricular activities is determined on the basis of the requirements of the federal state educational standard. The goal and objectives of education are outlined. Directions of personality development (spiritual, moral, social, general cultural). Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the competence-based approach in education. Particular attention is paid to the development of social competence of students outside the classroom. The groups of social competences are designated.
