Abstract

The article considers the meaning, essence and content of the motivation system in modern conditions. Motivation of the entire work activity of all personnel of any organization should be considered as a system of complex impact of various internal and external factors on all employees to achieve certain goals of the organization. Having an obvious interest of each organization in higher motivation of employees is the process of encouraging all personnel to achieve various personal goals, as well as to meet their own needs through work. The success of a company is largely determined by decisions and the quality of performance of duties at various levels of its management. Staff motivation is one of the main means of ensuring the optimal use of resources, as well as the mobilization of existing human resources.
