Abstract

The main essence of the theoretical research methodology is based on the construction of a mathematical model of the accumulation of active biomass (methane-forming microorganisms) on biofilter carriers, which characterizes the intensity of biogas formation in a methane tank. With existing technologies, the concentration of active biomass is removed from the methane tank with unloaded processed raw materials. Therefore, when studying the kinetics of microbiological processes of biogas formation, the main attention was paid to the theoretical study of the processing of organic biomass, depending on the effectiveness of the biofilter in the methane tank. The article presents the technological scheme and technical characteristics of a methane tank with a biofilter. The results of theoretical studies present the mathematical model of intensification of the biogas formation process obtained by us, depending on the accumulation of active biomass of methane-forming microorganisms on the carriers of a spherical biofilter and its energy characteristics.
