Abstract

The purpose of the study – The purpose of the study is to examine the peculiarities of the disclosure of illegal seizure of uncleared cars committed by organized groups. The methodological basis of the scientific article is a holistic and coherent system of methods, which allowed to properly analyze the subject of research, in particular, used scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction. The theoretical basis of this publication is the work of national scientists to detect and investigate the illegal seizure of cars committed by organized groups. The scientific novelty of the publication is to determine, based on the study of investigative practice, scientifically sound recommendations of national scientists to improve the detection and investigation of illegal seizure of cars committed by organized groups, features of disclosure of illegal seizure of uncleared cars committed by organized groups. Conclusions. Considering the Specifics of disclosure of illegal seizing of uncleaned cars committed by organized groups, gave a basis to identify cities where most commit illegal seizure of cars committed by organized groups happen, to establish specific actions to prepare for the commission of such criminal offenses, to identify the most common ways to illegally seize and clear customs. on disclosure of illegal seizure of uncustomed cars committed by organized groups.
