Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence relationship of emotional deviation, focusing on emotional labor and burnout of golf caddies. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with 313 golf caddies. The collected data were analyzed by performing correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result, it was found that emotional labor and burnout of golf caddies affect emotional deviance. It is required to improve the treatment and environment of golf caddies based on the results of the study.
