Abstract
The article considers the peculiarities of the chronological and quantitative parameters of the process of Christian texts translation from Russian into the Altai, Tuvan and Khakass languages, taking into account historical and ethnodemographical factors, as well as the different ratio of the share of the Orthodox Christians among these peoples. The analysis of the terminological features of the basic Christian notions translation in religious discourse in three languages has revealed differentiation in the number of loan words from the Russian language, as well as violations of the correspondence of some words used in the translation to their lexicographical definitions.
