Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the changed empowerment experience and meaning of distance learning through the qualitative case study on professors conducting food and beverage practical classes, and to find ways to use teaching empowerment in future remote learning. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is said that there were many difficulties in preparing classes and knowing distance learning programs to adapt to teaching styles that most professors did not experience.
