In other words, it was confirmed that human rights and empowerments are important factors for person-centered care. The more human rights awareness is strengthened, the better person-centered care will be. but when empowerment is mediated, the effect of person-centered care on nursing care ability confirmed to be improved. Therefore, in order to improve the person-centered care of nursing staffs, a strategy should be devised to promote sense of human rights and to develop and apply an effective empowerment program.
