Гендерная государственная политика: актуальные проблемы развития психологической науки Казахстана

Abstract

The article considers the problem of state gender policy, identifies the current directions of development of domestic gender psychology. The article contains an overview of normative legal documents ensuring compliance with gender equality, as well as the gender inequality index presented by UNDP. The authors conducted a comparative analysis of state strategic objectives and expected results on gender equality with indicators of gender indices and statistical data. The article identifies a problem consisting in a contradiction between the efforts and measures taken by the state and the results achieved. The authors consider the gender gap index in the fields of education and health, existing in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Special attention is paid to the description of the problems of gender equality in political governance and the labor market, the growth of gender-based domestic violence, and intolerance. The analysis of the current state of the development of gender psychology is carried out, the description of existing experimental and methodological studies on gender identity of the individual is carried out, methodological problems of gender identity that hinder the achievement of gender equality are identified.
